Shipping policy

 

We offer a range of delivery options to receive the Products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your personal needs.

1) Standard Delivery: 1.95-16.00 £ ( UK ) based on item size / weight / value
Delivered within 3-5 working days.
Customised Products: delivered within 4-6 weeks.
Delivery is Monday to Saturday during business hours.
Orders placed before 10:00am GMT Monday to Friday may be dispatched the same day.

2) Local pickup: Free by prior appointment

🚫 Please note: “Collect in Person” is not currently available. All orders will be shipped.

Shipment tracking
You can track the shipment of your Products by clicking on the “Track Your Order” link in the Shipping Confirmation email id provided by relevant courier used . Please note such link will direct you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us

If you are ordering larger items that do not fit through a letterbox, please ensure they are being sent to an address where the item can be received and a name taken, we cannot have items left "safe" as sadly they do not always reach the desired recipient . If multiple attempts to deliver an item , then it will eventually be returned to us, to re-deliver this item , a further delivery charge will be payable, if a refund is required then the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total
